I have had shoulder surgery and post operative physical therapy, so using bands is very good for the shoulder. This is a very good setup and the range of exercises you can do is just great! The board is easy to assemble and stays together while you are working out. The bands are good quality and I have never had an issue with any of it. Anyone would do well by using this product.
